One of the older neighbourhoods, located along the shores of Alta Lake and consists mainly of detached homes, though there are a few townhouse complexes and some employee-restricted areas as well. Many of the lake-side properties have been renovated or rebuilt as grand lake homes with lawns, docks and watercraft of all sorts. Municipal parks on either end of the neighbourhood makes for a very popular place to live and visit.
